CORVUS BLACKSTAR

This Corvus Black star was scratch built for my Deathwatch army, used in a war-game called Warhammer 40,000. This flier was created using foam core, plasticard, milliput, lego, and other bits and bobs found around my house. The process of creating this took 6 months as it was only worked on after uni, and I was not as motivated to make this as I could've been.

My favorite part of this model was the lettering I did on the gold portions of the model. This lettering was done by sculpting an alphabet of tiny 1mm letters and using those to stamp out the names of battles that the Deathwatch are known for. These tiny letters are in the showcase below and are glued to toothpicks.
